If you pray, or send positive vibes, or like to think happy thoughts for others, or whatever good thing you do, please consider our artist Oliver as he heads into surgery this week. I won't disclose any more about his condition, but I'm thankful he's going to be fine. Still, every surgery is a little concerning and there's always risk, so please lift him up. I just found out about this tonight while writing this update.
Oli had been working on completely re-working this original Teen Force 5 book after Kevin ghosted me and took my money, and he's been the main cover artist for all three issues of Spider-Squirrelvolume one (issues 1-3). But, he's more than an artist -- he's a friend. Shower him with love, please.

Happy New Year!
My family and I have spent the last two weeks under the weather, but we're still enjoying this most wonderful time of the year. Fevers have dissipated, but coughs linger. It's been a great year, and we're looking forward to another in 2023! Let's Go!!
The TPB will feature some color fixes, various edits, new caption boxes, and TEN NEW PAGES of story from the original series creative team of Charlie McElvy,D.C. Stuelpner, and HdE debuting the first of The Seven Enigmas: The Librarian!
These pages will be colored by Milestone: God Quest series colorist Saul Shavanas, and edited by our pal & publishing partner Vito Delsante (with associate editor and Librarian model, SuzanneMcElvy).

I've been down sick for almost a week, but I perked back up enough to build a new IKEA dinner table and chair set, then passed out again. Woke up in a cold sweat that night, and then felt great for Thanksgiving Day with my family.

I'll be launching the Kickstarter campaign for the SSTPB in January! Fred Van Lente has completed the foreword, D.C. Stuelpner is wrapping up some bonus story pages, HdE & I just wrapped up some fresh page edits, and the Scott McDaniel cover is getting a sexy coat of paints from the deft hands of Elmer Santos (WildC.A.T.S., Batman Beyond, Vampirella)! Vito & I will work on some bonus backup pages for you, as well as some Stretch Goal goodies. Pre-launch page expected to go live December 15th!
